How do I store Koi Hemp? What is the shelf life?

It is best to keep Koi Hemp stored at room temperature, out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Exposure to extreme heat or cold can cause Hemp degradation. We do not recommend refrigerating or leaving it in your car for a long period of time. When stored properly, Koi Hemp has a shelf life of about one year.

The Hemp in my bottle is starting to re-crystallize. What can I do about this?

Re-crystallization is normal with Hemp products. We recommend shaking the bottle before each use to prevent re-crystallization and to evenly distribute the Hemp throughout.
