Legal Status
Koi’s hemp products are legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. Signed into law in December 2018, the federal legislation legalizes hemp, which the law defines as any part of the plant, including all derivatives, with no more than a 0.3 percent concentration of delta 9.
While these hemp products are legal federally, guidelines can and do vary by state due to differing controlled substances laws.
